
Nursing Services
Southern Oasis Homecare staff will provide intermittent or continuous care in your home and supplemental staffing in your facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Registered Nurse (RN)
​Provides comprehensive individualized nursing and can adapt nursing measures to meet the patient’s needs. The RN works closely with the physician to increase or decrease levels of care as required.

Assess the patient's mental status and cognitive (thinking) skills.

Understand patient's acute and chronic health issues.

Discusses common health concerns, such as falls, incontinence, changing sleep patterns and other issues.

Organizes medications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provides personal care and additional tasks such as administering prescribed medications and wound care treatment as ordered by a physician.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)
Assists with activities of daily living, including providing exceptional personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping as needed to maintain a sanitized, hazard-free environment to prevent falls. Additionally, they will aid with ambulation, transportation, errands, or simple companionship.​
Homemaker / Companion / Sitter
Assists with light housekeeping/companionship and support/attention to ensure safety
